Asphalt Reheat Systems gives you the opportunity to make cold asphalt
material hot and ready to use in only 30 minutes for just pennies.
Keeping with the uniform design of all A.R.S. products, the Hot Box
allows either of the 4x4 portable heaters to be used as a heat
source. The highly insulated Hot Box allows you to heat any new or
old asphalt products, including; millings, excess material or precut
squares and make true hot asphalt repairs anytime anywhere. The 16
foot Hot Box Trailer has plenty of room for additional heaters and/or
plate compactors, all needed hand tools, and spare propane tanks. It
also come standard with a 1000lb hoist for easy lifting of equipment
and two
easily removable access ramps.

These universal units can easily be mounted just about anywhere you
might need hot asphalt material. You can install this Standard Hot Box
in the bed of a pickup or on a small trailer for easy transportation
to any location. The highly insulated boxes have a heat timer control
and a quick connect gas regulator.
A
4x4 unit is needed as the heat source in order to keep material warm
for long periods of time or reheating cold asphalt. Two insulated
lids seal the top closed to help contain heat within the box and open
all the way for easy loading. With multiple easy to open access areas
you are able to take one shovel full at a time or unload all of the
hot material at once.

A.R.S. offers this great unit to help you successfully make the
perfect repairs with a hot patching system. The Hot Box Trailer Unit
comes with the necessities to complete the typical patch. A
Standard Hot Box is mounted to a flat 14’ ramp trailer, leaving room
for extra propane tanks, tools, and a compactor or another portable
heater.
With this unit, a single worker is able to complete a typical repair
with warm material, unload then load the heater and a plate compactor
without the need for another worker. The unit comes standard with an
insulated Hot Box, a 4x4 Portable Heater, and a 1000 lb. hoist to
easily lift the heater on or off of the hot box. The 4x4 heater can
be used as a portable unit completely independent from the trailer in
order to make a legitimate hot asphalt repair.
