Industrial
Heat Torch |
This high
heat output "turbo torch" is great for those hard to reach areas of
repair or stamped asphalt. The unit comes is a Shrinkfast®
Model 998 (the leading heat tool for shrink-wrapping) & a 2'
extension wand. With 212,000 BTU’s of power, and weighing under 4lbs.,
it's perfectly balanced for operator comfort. The 998’s ergonomic design
and fan shaped combustor lead to an even and steady heat pattern for
consistent fast heating. A “dead man” trigger is designed to
automatically shut off the flame once the trigger is released. Also the
Shrinkfast® patented combustion cycle allows the flame to
burn outside the nozzle, which remains cool to the touch, even after
extensive use. In addition, the regulator has an automatic safety POL
that shuts off the propane supply in the case the hose gets cut or
develops a leak.

Wheel Upgrade
Kit |
This kit allows you to
convert your current "double tube" wheel brackets to the "cradle"
brackets. The kit gives your heater an extra inch of
clearance...eliminating the pin tubes from dragging along uneven
surfaces. Even if you currently have "straight front wheels", you can
upgrade to this new swivel wheel design. |

8' Suspension
Bracket |
This bracket allows you to
attach two 4x4 heater side by side; creating an 8' span. No wheels
will roll through heated area and no need to lift the panels. The
bracket easily attaches in less than 5 minutes with no tools needed. |

4x4 Hitch Carrier
|
This unit is built to transport a 4x4
portable heater by means of a fast pinning carrier that easily connects to
a vehicle's hitch receiver. Two individuals would tilt the 4x4
back, pin brackets then lift upward and into place on the mounting bracket. Then
fold over support channel, pin, and clip the unit. A ratchet strap
will secure the unit, just to prevent bouncing. |

Transport
Cart |
This unit is deigned for one man to quickly
and easily transport
virtually any sized plate compactor without
having to turn it on. The carrier is also convenient, when trying to
move multiple buckets of asphalt color or seal coatings around the shop
and/or jobsite. The low single axle makes it easy for one person to move
heavy objects around with ease. |

Air Mixing
Unit |
This unit runs off of compressed air and was
designed to mix all types of color coatings used in stamped asphalt
applications. A five gallon bucket will safely rest on the cart as
the mixer thoroughly stirs the coating to the right consistency with an
adjustable flow valve. |
